Little did I know it, but this would be the last photo of me and my CommonSpirit VP-brethren at the 2026 Operations planning meeting in PHX. Shortly after returning from this trip, I was notified that my position had been eliminated. Still, I will always look back upon these meetings in a positive light, as I always walked away from them knowing more than when I stepped into the meeting. Lots of lessons learned from my time at CSH and lots of good people! One thing to keep in mind as you move forward is that there will always be a last time for everything, even though you may not realize it at the time.
